Eating Bananas is very vital for men

Two specific minerals that bananas have is potassium and magnesium and both play an important part in regulating nerves and heartbeat as well as maintaining blood pressure. In fact, the food rich with these two minerals help prevent the risk of heart stroke. Along with this, bananas are house to vitamins like B-6, which helps the immune system and forms the red blood cells in the body along with aiding the nervous system.
 

Eating fish helps men keep healthy

Fish contains Omega-3 fatty acids those are anti-inflammatory. Anti-inflammatory things help low the blood fats which is one of the most common problems men suffer from. Other than that it helps prevent for prostate cancer and once again aids the immune system. One factor that usually we lack majorly is Vitamin D and fish helps body with it.
 

Whole grains are good for men

Whole grains are one of the most important things in a man’s diet. Usually men tend to eat much of crabs and think that would be enough for the development of the muscles but according to the nutritionists they might be on the wrong side.
